Information We May Collect

To provide our services and facilitate your loan or financial-product application, we may collect information voluntarily provided by you or generated during your interaction with our platform.

This may include your name, mobile number, email address, date of birth, gender, residential or correspondence address, PAN details, Aadhaar-related information where legally permissible and required, employment or business information, income details, bank-related information, loan requirements, credit-related information and other information necessary to assess or facilitate your eligibility for financial products.

Where necessary and permitted by applicable law, we may also collect KYC documents, identity and address proofs, photographs, financial documents, salary slips, bank statements, GST or business-related documents and other information submitted by you.

We may additionally collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, referring URLs, pages visited, date and time of access, cookies and similar technical information. We endeavour to collect only information reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it is processed.

The final decision regarding approval or rejection of any loan, credit facility, applicable interest rate, tenure, processing fee, sanctioned amount and other terms rests solely with the respective Lending Partner. CredMaster does not guarantee approval, sanction or disbursement of any loan or financial product.

Consent

Where consent is the applicable basis for processing your personal information, we will seek your consent before such processing. By voluntarily submitting information and proceeding with a relevant service or application, you authorise CredMaster to process and, where necessary, share such information with relevant Lending Partners and authorised service providers for the purposes disclosed to you.

CredMaster does not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their independent commercial use.

Where necessary and legally permissible, we may share information with banks, NBFCs, financial institutions and Lending Partners; Credit Information Companies; KYC, identity and document-verification providers; technology, cloud hosting and communication service providers; payment or banking-related service providers where applicable; fraud-prevention, analytics and security providers; professional advisers, auditors or consultants; our employees, authorised representatives, affiliates or group entities having a legitimate need to access such information; and government authorities, courts, regulators or law-enforcement agencies where disclosure is required or permitted by law.

Third-party service providers engaged by us are expected to process information only for authorised purposes and maintain appropriate confidentiality and security safeguards.
